Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

NeroVibes is a digital service that provides algorithmic cryptocurrency market analysis and signal generation. Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our service, all sales are final once the service has been accessed. NeroVibes is NOT a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. We do not manage funds, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee any returns. The signals and analysis provided are for informational purposes only.

2. Free Trial

NeroVibes offers a 5-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, you have full access to all premium features at no cost. No payment information is required to start a trial. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this period before making any purchase decision.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. Once payment is processed and premium access is activated, no refunds will be issued. This is because digital services are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."

However, refunds may be considered ONLY in these exceptional cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges (billing error on our side)
• Service completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our side

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Since payments are monthly and non-recurring, simply do not renew for the next month. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No cancellation fees apply. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5. No Performance Guarantees

NeroVibes does not guarantee any specific trading results, profits, or returns. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. The signals and analysis provided by NeroVibes are generated by algorithms and should not be considered as financial advice or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency. Users acknowledge that trading based on any signals — including ours — carries inherent risk, and losses are possible.

6. How to Request a Refund (Exceptional Cases)

For the exceptional cases listed in Section 3, contact us within 7 days of the issue via email at support@nerovibes.com. Please include your payment confirmation, registered email, and detailed description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. By purchasing our service, you agree to this refund policy.
